Beans and Fried Plantain

 This dish is made with black eyed peas, honey beans or Nigerian brown beans. It can be made by infusing the beans in a stew base or serving it with a special sauce. This is paired with plantain and the infused beans is made to give a sweet, smoky taste. It is best eaten either with brioché/agege bread or with a side of Garri.
